81 st Lexington Junior League Charity Horse Show
I’d like to invite each of you to come to a very special event taking place at the Red
Mile in Lexington, Kentucky, July 3-8 th . This is the world’s largest saddlebred show and
is the first leg of the “Triple Crown” in the saddlebred world of showing. This is a charity
show that raises money for many different charities in central Kentucky.
Come and enjoy seeing the best of the best compete, as these beautiful creatures
put on a show to remember. Tickets can be purchased at the door for general
admission ($5.00 Monday through Thursday and $10.00 on Friday and Saturday) giving
you the opportunity to see the champions strut their stuff! Children under six are
admitted free. Also, except for Monday, you can come to the show each morning,
beginning at 9, and get in free. The evening show begins at 5:30 on Mon.-Wed. and
6:30 Thurs.-Sat. Booths with vendors will be selling many unique items, available for
you to purchase as gifts or something special for yourself. I will be in booth #19 selling a
collection of original art, prints, and cards. Most vendors will be open for selling each
morning except Monday. I know I will be there, and I’d love for you to stop by and see
what I have to offer. If you aren’t really a horse lover, no problem! I have many prints
and cards that aren’t horse related. I can also paint your pet if you have a picture
available.
